Познать искусство без барьеров

Венские музеи включили в свои программы особенные услуги для слепых посетителей и людей с ограниченным зрением и слухом.

Художественно-исторический музей с недавних пор впервые в мире предлагает уникальную услугу для слепых и слабовидящих посетителей. Три шедевра из коллекции картин эпохи Возрождения картинная галерея представила в виде осязаемых 3D-рельефов. Фотооригиналы высокого разрешения картин „Мадонна в зелёном" Рафаэля, „Мария с младенцем" Альбрехта Дюрера и „Придворный шут Гонелла" Жана Фуке послужили эталонами для фрезерованных рельефов, которые дают представление о композиции картин и об их многочисленных деталях. Брошюра, напечатанная шрифтом Брайля, и искусствоведы предлагают гостям дополнительную информацию о картинах. На тактильные экскурсии необходима предварительная регистрация. Верхний Бельведер организует специальные экскурсии для незрячих и слабовидящих людей. Тактильный рельеф картины Густава Климта «Поцелуй», а также модель картины Эгона Шиле «Пара, сидящая на корточках (Семья)» позволяют ощутить искусство на ощупь.

Австрийский музей этнографии по запросу предлагает слабовидящим и незрячим людям экскурсию по самым значительным экспонатам выставленной коллекции.При этом некоторые избранные экспонаты из дерева и керамики можно пощупать руками. Римский музей в центральной части города такие же предлагает посетителям с ограниченным зрением экспонаты, которые можно трогать руками.

возле главного входа во дворец Шенбрунн установлена бронзовая модель летней резиденции Габсбургов в масштабе 1:2000. Слабовидящие и слепые люди благодаря этому имеют возможность лучше осознать размеры дворца и открытого двора перед его фасадом. Незрячим и слабовидящим людям также предлагаются специальные экскурсии, в ходе которых они имеют возможность пощупать руками некоторые избранные экспонаты.

В распоряжении людей, лишенных слуха, во дворце Шёнбрунн, Венском соборном музее и Музее римлян имеются мультимедийные гиды на австрийском языке жестов. Во дворце Шёнбрунн также имеется мультимедийный гид на международном языке жестов (IS). Большинство венских музеев по запросу предлагают экскурсии на языке жестов.

Three masterpieces of the Renaissance collection of the painting gallery, selected objects of the Kunstkammer, the Egyptian-Oriental collection and the collection of antiquities are available to the blind and visually impaired as castings for touching. A brochure with image descriptions of this in Braille is available.         The “Dom Museum Wien” app (free download) with detailed descriptions of the permanent exhibition can be used in talk-back or voice-over mode for blind and visually impaired people. The language selection also includes Austrian Sign Language (ÖGS). Portrait of Rudolf IV and a section of his precious grave cover have been turned into relief presentations with aid of computers and make ideal touching objects.  Accompanying booklets “Simply explained”, designed in large print, are available for free. Inclusive art education programs are aimed at people with different biographical backgrounds and combine art experience with creative activity in the cathedral studio. The workshop series “So Close to the Center” was developed in cooperation with day centers that care for people with dementia. It evokes memories, discovers newness in art and combines both with the here and now.
